These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CheckMark text messaging program (“Program”). By opting in to receive text messages from CheckMark, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

CheckMark (“we,” “our,” or “us”) uses SMS and MMS messages to provide operational and service-related communications, including:

• Scheduling updates and confirmations

• Project and jobsite notifications

• Service reminders and arrival times

• Access instructions and field coordination

• Customer service and support messages

• Billing or invoice notices

• Safety alerts related to active projects

No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this Program unless explicitly stated and separately consented to.

2. Opt-In

You may opt in to receive text messages from CheckMark by:

• Providing your mobile number on a form, contract, or website;

• Requesting SMS communication from a CheckMark representative;

• Initiating a text message conversation with CheckMark; or

• Texting a keyword to a designated CheckMark number, if applicable.

By opting in, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from CheckMark at the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency varies based on project activity.

3. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying:

STOP – to stop receiving messages
HELP – to receive assistance or contact information

After sending STOP, you may receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.
No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

4. Fees

CheckMark does not charge for receiving text messages.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

5. Privacy

CheckMark respects your privacy.
Your mobile number and text message content:

• Are used only for operational communication

• Are not sold

• Are not shared with third parties for marketing

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information collected through SMS.
However, SMS is not encrypted. Do not send sensitive information via text.

7. Message Delivery

CheckMark is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Supported Carriers

CheckMark’s SMS program supports major U.S. carriers, including:

AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others.

Carrier participation may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Eligibility

By participating, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or

• You have permission from a parent/guardian or employer, and

• You are authorized to use the mobile number provided.

10. Changes to These Terms

CheckMark may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted at:

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
